12 Week Group Program

EMpowered EatING

I provide individual virtual counseling specializing in disordered eating, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. I use CBT, DBT, solution focused, narrative techniques, and nutrition support.  Accepting Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, BCBS, and self pay clients.

Individual virtual Counseling

Includes 18 meals, recipes, and grocery lists. Meals incorporate Protein, Fat, Vegetable, Carbohydrate, and micronutrients to support brain health!

Then we begin to work on the changes to help you build your best lifestyle, relationships, and overall health!
