This a 12 week program for people wanting to heal their relationship with food and body while improving mood and challenging old messages. Includes weekly video education modules and weekly virtual group.
I believe in an individualized approach. I often use client centered narrative with CBT, DBT, and solutions focused theories in individual counseling.
I provide individual counseling specializing in disordered eating, anxiety, adhd, and life transitions.
I'm a Counselor and dietitian. In individual counseling I provide therapeutic processing, emotional regulation practices, behavior interventions, with nutrition support to mood and focus.
In the group program I work from coaching standpoint with a gentle nutrition, intuitive eating, body positivity, and pattern changes.
Then we begin to work on the changes to help you build your best lifestyle, relationships, and overall health!
